A must-have Christmas treat, our gorgeous candied organic macadamias are coated in blonde chocolate and infused with our secret spice blend. Imagine flavours of spiced shortbread, speculaas and biscoff, finished with a golden sparkle - this is what you’ll experience with our gingerbread macadamias.

We source our nuts directly from a farm in Byron Bay, then sort, roast and candy them for that added layer of texture and flavour. It’s this unique process that makes them extra special and extra tasty! 

Polished without the use of shellac.
